Who We Are
The purpose of the VI Access and Visitation Program is to provide mediation services (both voluntary and mandatory) and education to custodial and non-custodial parents.

Our goal is to establish and administer programs to support and facilitate non‐custodial parents access to and visitation of their children.
The Access and Visitation Program is designed to impact the families in the United States Virgin Islands community and encourage parents to have healthy communication that improves relationships with their children.
The Access and Visitation Program is funded by a federal grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Child Support Enforcement. The purpose of the grant is to support and facilitate noncustodial parents’ access to and visitation with their children.
